Phi recently embarked on extensive and independent market research over the last two months, interviewing senior management from consultants, developers, architects, lighting designers and contractors. Using a framework of questions how Phi compare with Price, Quality, Product and Service. This helped to recognise their competitive advantages and continue to strive to offer value for money and a customer-centric service.
On the price, Phi was seen as good value for the quality. With 99% of those surveyed stating they felt Phi's product range was innovative, efficient and provided value for money. All of those surveyed scored Phi with 100%, as they were seen to offer a reliable efficient service with excellent communication.
