About Me

The personal bit..... Looking back on 30 years in lighting, not only have I been privileged to be involved designing and supplying some great lighting solutions but most importantly I am delighted to continue to work with people and companies I knew from the outset. Thank you to them. This insight really describes a level of invested personal trust which I care about deeply and which guides my strategy for Phi Lighting. I can, therefore, only view it as critical to my/our success in future. This crucial responsibility manifests itself as a quest for Client retention and satisfaction, such that we regard our Customer Journey is paramount. Outside of work I love all things sport, especially rugby which I played a while back; remember if I ever meet you: 'the older I get, the better I was!' I also still turn my arm over at Stratford-upon-Avon Golf Club where I can often be seen handing small sums over to better players. The professional bit..... Phi Lighting is engaged in the design, development, manufacture and sale of high quality, design-led lighting products and systems which add value and benefit through technical innovation. We specialise in the London commercial office and workplace and education markets. I think the business environment we work in changes rapidly to reflect the evolution in user, cultural and technological landscapes. As a business we too must adapt to embrace these changes, nevertheless, my personal conviction is that we, as people, must gather to create together.
